Shipping, Return and Exchange Policy
Note: Free shipping is calculated on the subtotal after the discount is applied.
Delivery time is for reference only and commences from the date of shipping. It is subject to the acceptance and approval of your order and may take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries. Please note deliveries may experience delays during holiday seasons. To avoid delays please include your complete shipping address.
If you need to ship to any location outside of above-listed destinations, please contact our customer service at sales@moda-upcycle.com for more details. Please note, we do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes.
We would fulfil the order within 2 business days. Please note, any order placed after 11 am will take one extra business day for order processing. Orders placed over the weekend will be despatched by following Tuesday. In the case of the black rainstorm or typhoon signal no. 8 or above, delivery will be postponed. We will contact you to make a new delivery arrangement. We would share your delivery information to our appointed courier service providers SF Express (Hong Kong order) , DHL and Royale international. Detailed service level agreement please refer to SF Express or DHL or Royale’s Terms & Conditions. Please note, an additional delivery charge will apply if second delivery is required due to incomplete/incorrect recipient information or absence of recipient at the designated date, time and address.
Packaging
All items are packed with love in our specially crafted “ I’m 100% biodegradable and recyclable “ transparent bag, made of “PE+PP+D2W” material. Although we wrap and pack items with the utmost care please be aware, they may move around during transit.
Customs and Duties
Please note that all shipments outside Hong Kong may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. As we have no control over these and cannot predict what they may be, any outstanding import duties, clearance or brokerage fees, and any other additional charges must be paid by yourself on the delivery of your order. Please check the email account you entered to purchase your items, as customs normally use this to contact you to pay for any extra charges.
Track Your Order
When shipping your order, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been accepted. If you have a registered account with us, you may check the status of your order online.
Return
At this point, we are unable to accept online returns. For any return request, please contact our customer service team for arrangement. Please note, it is customer’s responsibility to pay for all shipping costs (including duty and tax if applicable) for return. We will not be responsible for any loss in transit. We recommend you send by registered post and retain proof of postage. Please follow the below steps:
- Contact our customer service team via sales@moda-upcycle.com
- Place the item(s) in the original shipping box
- Attach the commercial invoice and seal the parcel
- Ship to the address listed at the bottom of this page
All returns should be returned to us within 7 days of receipt of goods. If you are unable to return the goods to us within 7 days you need to notify us of your intention to return within the 7 days.
All goods need to be returned in unused and clean condition with their original packaging, all labels and garment tags, however, if any garments returned in an unsellable condition will not be processed.
We will only refund the value of the goods returned; no shipping costs will be refunded unless previously agreed by a member of our Customer Services team via email. Refunds can only be issued to the card used to purchase the goods and will be refunded within 14 business days. We reserve the rights to withhold any refunds if your original item has not reached our office.
Returns need to be returned to below address with original packaging, hang tags, and paperwork.
Exchanges
Currently, we only accept the exchange for orders in Hong Kong. Please contact our customer service to arrange the product exchange. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for all shipping costs for return and exchange. We will not be responsible for any loss in transit. We recommend you send by registered post and retain proof of postage. Please following below steps:
- Contact our customer service team via sales@moda-upcycle.com
- Our customer service team will confirm whether the newly requested products are available
- Place the item(s) in the original shipping bag
- Attach the commercial invoice and seal the parcel
- Ship to the address listed at the bottom of this page
Please note, we will only despatch the required item until we have received the product you wish to return and will only exchange goods at the value paid at point of purchase. All goods need to be returned in unused and clean condition with their original packaging, all labels and garment tags, however, once only. Any garments returned in an unsellable condition will not be processed. This does not affect your right to return faulty goods.
