1. How do I reach Moda-Upcycle Customer Service for enquiries?

2. When will my purchase be shipped?

Generally, domestic orders made before 2pm HKST are dispatched that day. International orders are processed within 24 hours.

3. Will I have to pay for customs & duties?

Moda-Upcycle ships our garments from Hong Kong, as such, if you’re an international customer please note that you are responsible for any corresponding customs & duties within your own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Moda-Upcycle is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

4. Can I ship to a po box or hotel?

For Domestic and international customer please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes or hotels.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

Moda-Upcycle accepts payment via PayPal, American Express, Visa & MasterCard.

6. Do I need to make an account in order to make a purchase?

No, you can simply check out via PayPal Express or as a guest. If you change your mind and decide to create an account at the end of your purchase process then you will be presented with the option to input a password of your choice, which will then create your account. We recommend creating an account for a seamless checkout experience, easier order tracking and store credit management.

7. How can I reset my password?

We’ve all been there.. If you happen to have forgotten your password and need to reset, go to the SIGN IN page by clicking on the top right and on ‘forgotten password’, then follow the prompts. An email will be sent to you with a new password. Alternatively, if you wish to change your password, SIGN IN to your account and select from the right toolbar to update your password.

8. Does Moda-Upcycle offer returns or exchanges?

As much as possible, Moda-Upcycle wants you to really love your purchase.      As such, we do offer returns and exchanges on full-priced ‘as new’ items.. Please note you have 7 days from receipt of your order to email us at sales@moda-upcycle.com regarding your desire to return items. Please note that refunded and credited amounts do not include original shipping costs. (including duty and tax if applicable) for return. We will not be responsible for any loss in transit. We recommend you send by registered post and retain proof of postage. 

9. If an item is out of stock, can I be notified if it is restocked?

Moda-Upcycle very much believes in second chances. Simply go to the product you wish to purchase, select the colour and size - if the style is out-of-stock an ‘email address’ field will appear. If the style is restocked, you will be notified via email once we receive delivery.

10. What do I expect from Moda-Upcycle items?

Moda-Upcycle product specification laid out in detail for each of the SKU, including material features & color, product condition, size & measurements, labelling.
